Added her as a user (emailed invite). On her end it makes us setup an account, but then it tries to attach the doorbell as a new device and eventually says it is owned by someone else. Yeah thats because I have already set it up on my phone. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? We want to get notifications, view history etc, on both phones
Hey @Worldmark. When you add someone else as a shared user, it will normally be a separate location that says “Location Name (Shared).” You will need to make sure your wife is on this location to get the alerts and see the Doorbell. In her app, open up the main menu and above dashboard where you see the location name, select that. Once you select that, click on the location that says “(Shared).” Hope this helps!
