I purchased two ring chime pros which arrived yesterday. They failed to fix a connection issue with my Spotlight Cam Battery security camera, even though the Chime Pro is situated within 2 meters of my wifi access point and within 3 meters of the camera.
I called to make a return request but was told I should they to troubleshoot the issue with them. After 1 hour and 40 minutes with technical support being of no help whatsoever I eventually got them to agree that I could return the products. I now have to wait 48 hours to receive a return label by email The ring.com web site says UK customers can request a return in this forum - complete nonsense!
My advice would be to buy any ring products from a trusted retailer such as John Lewis so any complaints or returns are handled by them and not Ring themselves, Their support is shocking!
