Timestamps

The timestamp on Ring and camera events and notifications are often ‘wrong’.

This is because when the Ring account location is first setup, apparently there is a choice to use automatic time zone settings linked to your mobile device or to use a manual time that remains in the same time zone as when you set the account up.

It is impossible to change the time zone choice once you have setup your account so if you make a mistake or change your mind … tough!

There needs to be an option that, when you are signed in to your account or app, you are able to switch between manual and automatic whenever you want.

This is basic stuff, no doubt easy to implement and should have been there from Day 1.
