Timeline question

How do I allow other users to view the timeline. It works fine for me but not for my other approved users.


Hi @SPhelps. Can you describe what part of the Event History Timeline your Shared Users are unable to see? I would ensure that they are using the most current version of the Ring app, as an outdated Ring app can be problematic. I would also make sure your Shared Users have access to the device they are trying to view the history for. This Help Center article here has more information on Shared Users. I hope this helps!
