I am in EST TIME ZONE. when video records it shows GMT. HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
Hi @fscusty1, the timestamps for the recordings is going to be based off of the timezone from your phone. If these are not syncing up and showing as the correct timezone, please make sure you visit your phone’s system settings to make sure that you are on EST on your phone as well. After you’ve double checked this, download a new recording and check out the timestamps and see if it’s in the correct timezone.
