The customer is always wrong

I won’t use 2-step authentication EVERY TIME I log in. I’ll do it once, then you need to remember that my laptop, my ip address, my cookie, whatever means you want to use, is secure. Same thing you do with my phone app. Same thing practically everyone else does. I’m not signing up for ring protect without this.

Ever heard of the saying cut your nose off to spite your face?

I assume your question is addressed to Ring, but if it’s me, I’m just weighing two options and choosing the less unpleasant. Ring’s intrasigence is a strong reason to avoid them, for me anyway.
