Test unsuccessful on second ring test

Hi community,

I have a problem at the ring intercom test. When I ring the first time, the ring intercom has successfully got the signal but after the buzz test (also successful) at the second ring test, the test fails because ring intercom didn’t got the signal. I have checked the wires 3 times, everything in the right place, WiFi connection is stable. There must be a software issue, I don’t know else what to do.

I am using the Ritto 7630/x0.
