Technical support

had a problem with the app where in modes ,if i want to custom mode settings for cameras i get a pop up telling me that : our system is experiencing a delay : called technical support ,but unable to help said to me they will be in contact in 48 hours , never heard from them again .
how can i check if they are still working on the problem or have conveniently forgot.

after many calls this past 3 months to find out why i cant customise modes ,Ring say they will get back to me
Still waiting ,If there isnt a fix please say ,do not just ignore

@tony888 To clarify, if you’re trying to make a custom Mode other than the Modes offered with the Mode feature, this isn’t an option. If you’re running into this concern simply trying to change the Mode, then I still recommend following up with support on this error. We aren’t able to look into your account and see why this error might be happening, but our support team can take a deeper look so they’re the best point of contact in this situation.
