Tech Support

I just got off the phone with the rudest person I had the misfortunate of talking to. She had no clue how to help. Didn’t listen to anything i was saying. And didn’t understand why I was having a problem. I am a IT Tech. I deal with entire town. This woman should never answer a phone. I have already paid for the first year of service. I will no pay for another. I can download my videos my self. I would look at other home systems. The support has no clue and rather be rude and extremely unprofessional.

As you are someone in IT you understand you sometimes must call multiple times until you get someone that can assist you properly. I know I’ve had to do that many times over the years by just hanging up and calling back.
