Tech Support

I just got off the phone with the rudest person I had the misfortunate of talking to. She had no clue how to help. Didn't listen to anything i was saying. And didn't understand why I was having a problem. I am a IT Tech. I deal with entire town. This woman should never answer a phone. I have already paid for the first year of service. I will no pay for another. I can download my videos my self. I would look at other home systems. The support has no clue and rather be rude and extremely unprofessional.
