Hi, my doorbell keeps disconnecting from Wifi/is unavailable in the Ring Apps (lets not get into potential reasons why, I’m a network engineer so I know how to debug it network side)
The trouble is I have no means of understanding why this has happened due to the lack of system log access on Ring Products.
It would be nice if there was an advanced user option somewhere to see the System logs of Ring devices via the Mobile/Web Apps. This way I could see if the outage due to network, power, or other issues.
Obviously this is only useful if the devices produce meaningful logs, but anything is better than nothing
