Syncing Subcriptions

Hi,

I have two Ring doorbells on the Protect Plan that renews in December 2020. I purchased a video camera last month and wish to subscribe. Is there a way to sync all of the devices onto a Protect Plus plan? If I sign up all three for the Protect Plus plan would I get a credit for the unused Protect plans of the doorbells?

Hey @dtmoy. You can definitely do it that way! Cancelling the yearly plan you have now will give you a prorated refund back for the months you end up not using. Once one plan is cancelled, you will be able to sign up for the Plus Plan to cover all devices. You can learn more about how to do this here.
