Hello. We just moved to a home that already has ring cameras in place. We had ring cameras at our old home but just took them down when it sold. How do I get these cameras linked to my email without having to take them down or climb? The boxes have been thrown away. It’s a family member so I have access to everything, I just need these in my account so I can pay the yearly fee to monitor. Thanks

Hi @user71083. To set the Ring Cameras up under your Ring account, you will need to access the QR code or barcode on the back of the Cameras. You cannot complete the setup process in the Ring app otherwise.
