Switching account emails

I set up an account for my mother using my email address . I cannot find her device in anything on my account and when I try to scan it to set up new device it says it is already working under a differentt account. I don’t know what to do.

Hi @lcat63! Try logging out and then back in and ensure you are using the email you used to setup the device. I recommend also checking the location drop down in your Ring app, as your mother’s address will contain this device within your account. The location can be changed in the Ring app, from the dashboard, by tapping the location drop down in top center of screen. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
