I am so frustrated with the lack of support. I called the 800 # and the rep did not understand my questions, put me on hold to look for articles and said she was not allowed to transfer the call to a more experienced rep. Does anyone have any tricks for obtaining support from an experienced rep that actually knows how to use the products?
