It would be nice if at Smart Lock could be included and controlled from the Ring website dashboard. Currently, you can only link a partner Smart Lock like Schlage to the App. Using Ring for a business, it is more practical to have control through the desktop dashboard. That way someone working at our Reception Desk can see who is at the door and 'buzz" them in as needed. Using an App at a reception desk is not practical.
The Z-wave locks are controlled right from the dashboard.
