I’ve put my credit card on file to get the 30$/year subscription and it’s showing no plan on file?

Hi @MorganL93! The Protect Basic plan will apply per Ring device on the account and per location. Please ensure you are viewing the desired location and device. I recommend also visiting the My Plans section of your account when logged into Ring.com via web browser. This will allow you to best manage your subscriptions. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
