I have no idea where to write this. But I’ve had ring since feb and paid yearly subs from today .But it’s saying my devices won’t record because ice not subscribed .It’s very frustrating

For any concerns in regards to billing of your subscription and making sure you are having your recordings with an active plan, we recommend that you reach out directly to our support team here. same me i have paid my plane but still show up i dont have
