Why now I have to subscribe to protect plan to see ad save videos. I’ve had my two ring devises for over a year and las week I tried to recall a video taken earlier in the day and found out of the new rule. I don’t recall having being told that When I bought the cameras.
Hi @Art8229. A Ring Protect Plan subscription is required to save and view any recording that is captured by your Ring device. Without a Ring Protect Plan subscription, you will be able to use Live View and 2 way audio.
