Subscription problems

I’m having problems trying to sign up for the protect plan. When I click on the protect plan option on the website I just get a message, Oops something went wrong there.
If I go onto account management to add a payment method I can’t do anything there either. Under payment method it just says, Sorry. Something has gone wrong. Please try again.

Hi @user43945. Try using a different web browser when trying to subscribe to a Ring Protect Plan on Ring.com. If that doesn’t help, try using a different computer, phone, or tablet to go to Ring.com and subscribe. You also want to make sure you do not have a VPN active on the device you are using to subscribe.
