I selected the basic plan for our ring. I need an invoice for the plan subscription. I have followed the conversations where others have asked for invoices and clicking where the admin from ring suggested to request an invoice but I keep getting the run around. Please advise. I need to submit a paid invoice. Thanks
Hey @FacilitiesManagement. For a paid invoice, you will need to reach out to our support team over the phone directly. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. So is there any way that I can email Ring as Im deaf and there doesnt appear to be a number to call in Australia.

We do not have email support at this time, but we did recently bring back chat support as of June 14th. **Chat is available from 5AM - 9PM PDT, so you will need to ensure you are chatting in at these times. You can go to ring.com/help and click the chat bubble at the bottom right. From here, you can ask for an invoice. Please note that the chat bubble may tell you to call for troubleshooting purposes, or utilize the Community forum. Please disregard these suggestions and pick Billing from the pop up options at the bottom. Hope this helps! **
Hey neighbors! We are excited to announce a new feature that we have released on Ring.com that will allow you to download your invoices for your Ring Protect Plan. You can now access your invoices online it by logging in to Ring.com and hovering over Account at the top right, and choosing Billing History from the Account dropdown.
