Subscription cancellation

I would like to know why my subscription was canelled? I signed up for the one year plan last August (2019). I know that when I first got these the cameras it came with a either 30 or 90 day free monitoring so I was not expecting that to get a renewal notice before July 2020.

I was suprised when I got an email telling that my subscription is cancelled… I am a disable veteran that lives on a fixed budget and have to plan accordingly to pay my bills.

Why was I charged $104.50?

was it not $30.00?

i purchase another ring product how much more do I have to pay.
