My stupid doorbell doesn’t work!! I’ve only had the stupid thing for three days!!
Doesn’t tell us much… Which model of doorbell do you have? Is a phone is involved, what brand and model? What is the problem? What have you tried so far? Any other details that may help figure out a fix?

If your Video Doorbell is not working, the best first step is to check the Device Health in your Ring app. By checking on your Doorbell’s device health you can see information about battery/ power and wifi connection efficiency.
