Streaming Error on new Ring Doorbell 2

Hi,

I am looking for some help please.

I have recently bought a brand new Ring Door Bell 2 and am struggling to get the live view function to work. It’s been 2 weeks now trawling through pages and forums trying to get this to works.

The ring sets up correctly I believe and triggers movement events but just doesn’t seem to want to show live video

I have tried I believe every option other than buy a new one.

So what I have tried….

Reinstalled app
Tried app on another iPhone
Factory reset ring doorbell many times
Factory reset router BT Smart Hub 2
Made sure router is set to 2.4ghz (120mb+)2
Tried to connect to mobile data on phone (4g at 30mb+)
Tried web browsers and different devices at ring.com
Checked and RSS is -18
Disabled firewall on router
Put device in DMZ zone
Set Wi-fi to channel 11
Place ring next to router
Turned off Smart Setting on router

I am now at a loss!

Any more suggestions
