I have been trying to contact the customer service number but it’s busy to inform them about my stolen device.
Hi @Sharninaj26. I’m sorry to hear that your Ring device has been stolen. We experienced an AWS outage on 6/13/2013 which affected our phone lines. This outage has since been resolved, so you should be able to contact our support team now. Before contacting support, make sure to request a copy of the police report that was initially filed at the time of the theft. You can read more about our device theft policy here.
