I ordered a security system through ring and less than 5 days later sent it back and still have not received a refund this was in September the box with the return label was returned in September under 30 days and now its September and I have no product or refund I was informed that it may take some time the first time and I understood and gave it some time but come on it’s December support keep saying someone is going to give me a call or follow up and I never get one!

Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. Let them know you previously returned an item and have still not received a refund, and they’ll be able to pull up your account and take a look into this for you. If your Customer Service did what they had to do, people wouldn’t need to post things here. I am on two weeks of a requested refund and keep getting bounced from person to person!
