I purchased the stick up cam bundle that was battery. I see there are plug in versions as well. Some of the locations I have no power outlet, so battery works best. However, I do have a location that has a power outlet. I have already spoken w/ customer service and there is no converter/adapter available to change battery to plug in. I suggest Ring makes one available. Is there anyone in particular I can make this suggestion to directly at Ring? Thank you.
@dru I don’t think this is something which makes sense for Ring to produce. The option is already there to buy a wired version. Can you return your battery cam and buy a wired?
