Has any one had issues with setting up any of the devices to a new internet service. I’ve had to cancel from one account and set up another to get at least one of my devices to work.
Hi there, @CJ45! Setup issues are often related to signal or password, depending on where in the setup process it is failing. Double check the password, as it is a new network, and have your Camera in the same room as the router during setup.
As it looks like you’ve got one of your Ring devices setup, the other should do the same. Try a reset on the Stick Up Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, try finishing the setup process. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
