I just installed the Stick Up Cam in my backyard but when I try to do a live view, I keep getting “ACTIVATING DEVICE” then “FAILE TO CONNECT”. I did get a view on the very first day but nothing since. What is the problem?
I would guess you have a weak wifi signal at the camera. Try the health check in the camera settings, it will tell you the signal strength.
I was experiencing the same thing with my SGS 10+ - Last week (11/22) a new update came out that restored my service. there must be something associated with the new phones.
