Starlink and Ring Alarm Pro

Hi! Does anyone have experience setting up the Ring Alarm Pro with Starlink? Starlink has built in wifi which can be bypassed. I did this, and ran Ethernet for the Starlink box to a switch, and connected the switch to The alarm pro. The ring Wi-Fi works, but nothing else that is hardwired works, Also, can I split the AlarmPro into both a 2.4G and a 5G network? Thanks for any insight

Hi @Dgs82. I don't have any experience with the Starlink, but I found a few neighbors talking about the Alarm Pro and Starlink [here](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-alarm-pro-and-starlink/147477). As for splitting the network, I don't believe eero supports this functionality. You can find steps on how to set up the eero network [here](https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/207937603), and you can contact their support at (877) 659-2347 if you have any further questions about what capabilities are and are not supported by eero. :)
