spotlight with solar problem

I bought two spotlight cams with a solar charger about 9 month ago. last week one of those starting losing charge and that solar is not working. I cleaned the panel, checked all connections. Also, I am in Las Vegas with straight sun for 10 to 12 hours. I search in internet and many people has the same problem. please help. thank you.
