Spotlight Disconnected from Wifi and will not reconnect

We have a Ring solar spotlight for the backyard. It worked great for about 3 months and went off line a few weeks ago. We have tried resetting it several times. Plugged the battery in and it was already fully charged. Thoughts on what else we can do?
