Spotlight camera

The camera works fine other than only one of the lights.
Is this covered in the protection plan?
I don’t want to take the camera down for obvious reason.
What’s next to do??

Hey @Spud. Since you mention multiple lights, t sounds like you may have the Floodlight Camera, is that correct? If one of the lights is not coming on anymore, you’ll want to reach out to our support team directly. They can go through troubleshooting steps with you and look at the warranty to determine if a replacement is needed. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
