Guten Tag,
habe folgendes Problem mit unseren Spotlight Cam Pro:
1. das WLAN Signal würd schwach angezeigt der Router ist nur ca 15 m von der Cam weg
2. mehrere Kameras werden als Offline angezeigt läuft man aber an ihnen vorbei reagieren sie
3. wie kann ich die App so einstellen das wir keine Benachrichtigungen aufs Handy bekommen wenn wir Anwesend einstellen
egal was ich teste wir bekommen immer Infos auf unsere Handys das eine Person erkannt wurde den Support kann man ja vergessen die können oder wollen einen nicht verstehen was man für ein Problem hat .

The problem is that the support does not understand you and why does it always have to be IN ENGLISH the company also offers German support?
1.the WLAN signal would weakly displayed the router is only about 15 m away from the cam
2.several cameras are displayed as offline but if you walk past them they respond
3.how can I set the app so that we do not get notifications on the phone when we set present
no matter what I test we always get info on our phones that a person was detected the support you can forget it can not or do not want to understand what you have a problem.
