Spotlight cam lights

Fairly new spotlight cam wired. Both spotlights are sort of half on half off. When you trip the camera they come on more they go back to being half on.

Have completely reset the camera but no difference.

Any help would be appreciated :slight_smile:

Hi @Csharp1. You have tried the troubleshooting step I would have recommended for lights not working correctly on a Spotlight Cam. The next best step is to give our support team a call for further assistance.
