Spot light cam plus issue

I just got a spotlight cam plus wireless camera and I've fully charged the battery and yet when i try to connect it to my network i get the message "Hmm, something went wrong we had a problem adding this ring device to my account" I've followed every step but with no luck. the camera has a blinking blue light which means its in set up mode so i have no idea what's going on.

Hi @carlhoward. I'd first recommend verifying the network name and password by connecting to your wifi on another device to rule that out as the cause. If you have access to a different smartphone or tablet, attempt the setup process on there. You can find more troubleshooting steps in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly) Help Center article if neither of the previous suggestions worked.
