Spot cam battery issues

Hi, I charged both my genuine ring batteries on my spot cam last Wednesday and one is now not showing up and the other one is dead already. Faulty? Only had a few months

I have recently purchased the ring security cameras. Only had them 6 weeks. One of them is not charging although the battery is at 90%. It keeps saying offline. I have charged it again and when I put the battery back in the camera I can’t get the blue light to come on. Any suggestions please

Hi did you find out what was wrong with your camera? As mine is doing the same thing randomly went off at 3am with 79% battery I fully charged it can’t get a light on it at all

Hi neighbors. If your Camera is unresponsive even with a fully charged battery, try factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and it is still unresponsive, give our support team a call for further assistance.
