Speaker volume on doorbell
Distorted sound on doorbell speaker when trying to speak to some one at the door I can’t seem to get any help on this and no way to reduce volume at doorbell speaker?

I am having the exact same issue. I have tested connection, rebooted the router, changed router channel, rebooted the doorbell and even reset the doorbell with no luck. Please give us a solution. Hi @Nod1709. Is the audio distortion on your end in the Ring app, or are visitors at your door unable to understand what you're saying? If you have a video example demonstrating the audio issues, please feel free to share that so we have a better idea of the issue you're experiencing.
