The 30 day trail ended today for my new ring and I was charged today for the year. But I got email saying my SOS is not long as my subscription ended. Do I need to call in about this? Was shocked it ended then pay for thr year all in the same day.

Hi @Bridgettb. If there was a lapse in coverage, you may need to enable the [SOS](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028657792-Using-the-SOS-Button-in-the-Ring-App) setting again.
