Good evening. I am new to ring. I have set up ring 3 pro and chime pro easily. I have linked Alexa but cannot connect to firestick or sonos speakers. Please help

I recommend ensuring both apps are up to date, and that each device has optimal signal for the pairing and communication. We are currently experiencing some outages with the Ring app and Ring.com. Please note that the issues within the app and the website would have been affecting this feature, but as of Nov 27, 11:44 UTC, a fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
