I have tried the solutions to update my address in Neighbors. My address in the Ring app is correct. My address in Neighbors is some random address the program picked. Clearly the program code needs to be reviewed and rewritten. Any solution in the works?

I would first suggest uninstalling the Neighbors App, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling the Neighbors App. Once that’s done, sign back in and check the location to see if it is reporting correctly. Was this ever resolved? I’m having the same issue. I can’t find any results in the these forums with a real solution.
