Properly installed but still not working. This is very frustrating

Hi @Branlyhm1985. I would first try a reset on your Camera. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Your Camera will reboot and then be ready to reconnect. Once it has been reconnected, look after the status for a few days to see if the Solar Panel has been established.
