I have contacted customer support for help on this issue and follwed recommendations and no change in out come. I have reduced lighting power, lowest motion detection setting, schedule for lights to only turn on at night, two batteries installed and the solar panel. Still not charging adequately, only loses charge, never seen an instance where it has charge more than 5%. I am in Central/Southern California and we get plenty of sunlight that hits the panel during the day. Any help out there?
