My solar panel has stopped charging my stick up camera. Checked all leads and panel and all seem ok. Both devices 3 months old. App says camera is connected to solar panel. Can anyone help ? Thanks

Hi @APPH. How many hours of direct sunlight is your panel getting per day?

I have the same problem, about 3 to 4 hours under direct sunlight.

Hi neighbors. The Solar Panel needs at least 4 hours of direct (not indirect) sunlight per day in order to provide a trickle charge to your Camera's battery. Cloudy or inclement weather can impact the Solar Panel's ability to provide a charge. Please also keep in mind that a trickle charge is not as fast as manually charging the battery. Cameras that record a high amount of activity may see the battery discharge more quickly than the Solar Panel can charge. Always ensure your Solar Panel is clear of any dirt or debris, and check that the cable is firmly connected on the Panel and on the Camera.
