Hi. I bought the small 1.9 w solar panel to use with my stickup cam bat 3rd generation device. It does not work. After going through all the troubleshooting several times, it still doesn’t charge. It doesn’t show the charging symbol in the app. Before I contact support, I wonder if any one else is having a problem with this combination of devices?
