Hi @Danny8890. Our team has addressed this concern in a similar thread here. I checked with my team, and a fix should be slowly rolling out. In the meantime, please make sure you keep your Ring app fully updated as any new features or fixes are on a slow rollout so you may not see it on your end right away.
