Solar light battery is 100% but it will only connect to the bridge and work when it is plugged in. It will not turn on when not plugged in

Will not turn on unless plugged in, even though it says it has 100% battery.

Hi @Kelvalish. Is this a Pathlight or is it another type of Solar Smart Light? Try resetting the light and then reconnecting it to see if that will change how it behaves. Also, if you have another light, try swapping the batteries to see if the battery works in another light. Let me know how this goes!

I have this exact same issue. Four solar pathlights that will not connect with 100% charged batteries. They will connect if I connect them to USB cables, though. But that’s not much use. I’ve swapped the batteries around, reset the devices, deleted the group they were in and recreated the group with no luck. Has anyone found a solution? It’s odd for four lights to suddenly fail like this. I have two other solar pathlights that work fine…
