I have a question on time introvals 1 hr apart…why does it not record correctly
Hi @Clare217. Can you clarify what you mean when you say it is not recording correctly? The Snapshot Capture feature takes snapshot images at your selected interval. These are just images, and are not a video recording. You can view the snapshot images from the Event History Timeline in the Ring app.
