Smart Plug not working

Anyone have any advice? Just stopped working. I have removed the device and reinstalled. After adding successfully signal and device details disappear after about 15 minutes and plug will not work. Thanks !

Hi @user39761. If your Smart Plug keeps falling offline, also try the following steps:

  • Once more remove your Smart Plug and reconnect it.

  • Power cycle your Smart Plug by disconnecting it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

  • Verify your Smart Plug to Bridge Signal is not higher than -90. If it is higher, it means your Bridge is too far from your Smart Plug or there is something in between them interfering with the signal. Try bringing them closer to each other to see if it stays online.
