Smart lighting sensitivity

I have 2 different smart light models, both are battery powered. The floodlight spotlight and the the single spotlight. I noticed since the last software / firmware upgrade that my lights are coming on during the day now. I have set the light sensitivity to 1 on both and they still come on when it is daylight out. I have now noticed that they are burning through batteries due to this. Can anyone help! Has anyone else noticed this?
