I had about a dozen smart floodlights installed on my new home by electrician. The boxes have all been discarded. Now I find out I needed the them for the bar codes to set up the lights on the ring bridge. What do I do?
Hi @user62060. If you no longer have the packaging for your Floodlight Wired Smartlights, you can find the QR codes on the devices. The QR code is placed on the back of the Motion Sensor on your Floodlight.
